Leisure agriculture as a new industry form,the agricultural development of xingsha has great role in promoting.In this paper,the study looks at how to promote the combination of natural ecology and hunan culture strength,forming with hunan characteristics of leisure agriculture,promote the development of xingsha industrial diversification,the effective ways to make it become the new rural construction planning.This paper holds that the development of leisure agriculture to economic development and new rural construction also has a positive role in promoting,the development of the industry is the extension of the 123 industrial convergence and industry value chain,only by constantly value-added point of mining industry,can obtain the sustainable and healthy development.Based on relevant theories as well as to the xingsha the leisure agriculture industry development condition and the process of analysis and study,xingsha of natural environment,cultural environment,industrial resources,tourism resources,location advantage and the advantage of policy resources,launched a big boost for the industry.Chapter the focus of this article is the fourth chapter,respectively for invertors river ecological town and gold well deeply analysised the two modes of modern tea industry area.Both cases of xingsha has a profound impact on the development of leisure agriculture.On the basis of previous research,we from market research,resources,industrial structure,operation and management,xingsha were summarized in the development of leisure agriculture upgrade to upgrade the development and the future will encounter problems.In xingsha leisure agriculture have a deep understanding and on the basis of careful analysis,we found many problems,and puts forward six Suggestions on xingsha leisure agriculture upgrade.
