Research On Countermeasures For The Development Of Leisure Agriculture In Mian Chi County

The healthy development of leisure agriculture is crucial to the comprehensive promotion of rural vitalization,and is a key link in enhancing the level of rural economic development,achieving the integration of the three industries,promoting farmers’ income and improving the rural environment.Our government attaches great importance to this,and the Central Document No.1 of 2022 clearly points out that we should focus on industries to promote rural development,continue to promote the integrated development of the three rural industries,implement the rural leisure tourism enhancement plan,promote the construction of modern agricultural industrial parks and strong agricultural industry towns,cultivate advantageous and characteristic industrial clusters,continue to support the creation of a number of national demonstration parks for the integrated development of rural industries,and promote the concentration of industries in parks and the The leading enterprises are becoming stronger and larger.Mianchi County is rich in agricultural resources and has relatively abundant tourism resources and convenient transportation,providing opportunities for the good development of leisure agriculture.The development of leisure agriculture in Mianchi County has taken shape and achieved certain economic benefits,and has been effective in promoting the development of agricultural industries and broadening farmers’ income channels.This paper analyzes the development of leisure agriculture in Mianchi County in terms of basic conditions,development history,business entities,development effectiveness,and types and distribution of leisure agriculture in Mianchi County.The empirical analysis of visitors’ consumption intention and satisfaction in the leisure agriculture parks in three different towns in Mianchi County through a questionnaire survey shows that the overall satisfaction of visitors is not high and their consumption intention is not strong;the empirical analysis of the satisfaction of participating farmers in the leisure agriculture parks in the three towns and the factors influencing their participation behavior shows that the farmers in the parks mostly participate in the cooperation in an indirect way,i.e.,they get their share in the form of land and property.They are also affected by the degree of government policy support,the development level of the leisure agriculture parks and the way of benefit distribution,while non-participating farmers do not participate in leisure agriculture due to the main factors such as lack of capital,insufficient technical support and lack of understanding of leisure agriculture.It is found that the leisure agriculture in Mianchi County has problems such as low education level of farmers,insufficient professional skills,similar development model,low brand promotion,low level of science and technology utilization,low degree of industrial integration,poor interest linkage mechanism and lack of tracking and evaluation mechanism.The following development suggestions are given:promoting the training program for high-quality farmers,highlighting the creativity of Yangshao and farming culture,creating the brand of leisure agriculture,promoting the in-depth development of industrial integration,implementing the development concept of circular economy,establishing and improving the close interest linkage mechanism,and improving the level of modern science and technology.
