In recent years,with the increasingly wide application of the market of plastic,rubber and fiber in the international chemical industry,the demand for peroxide catalysts in the production of these materials has also rapidly increased.In this context,the peroxide catalyst industry has been rapidly developed and the market prospect is good.At present,the technical level of peroxide catalyst industry in our country has been significantly improved.However,most of the enterprises in the industry are small in scale and their supporting technologies are not perfect.Compared with the developed countries in the world,there is still a clear gap in the industry's overall capability of independent innovation.With China's accession to the WTO,China's foreign trade export competition has become increasingly fierce.Under the background of huge changes in the environment at home and abroad,actively exploring the international market has become a new economic growth point for the peroxide catalyst industry in our country.In particular,as the related peroxide catalyst manufacturing enterprises in the western inland provinces that are "non-coastal and non-border",how to firmly grasp the opportunities brought by the new policy of building the "Silk Road Economic Belt" while minimizing the risks of avoiding export trade is of great significance to further promote the healthy development of enterprises.This paper chooses Lanzhou Auxiliary Agent Plant Co.,Ltd(hereinafter referred to as "Lanzhou Auxiliary Factory"),the representative company of domestic peroxide catalyst industry,as the research subject,and studies the development strategy of export trade according to the ideas of putting forward questions,analyzing problems and solving problems.First,the basic theory of enterprise strategic management is outlined.Secondly,PEST analysis,Porter five forces model and competitive posture matrix strategy tools were used separately to analyze the external environment,industry environment and competitive environment of the Auxiliary Factory?s development,and the external factor evaluation matrix was also used to evaluate the external opportunities and threats of Lanzhou Auxiliary Factory.Thirdly,the internal environment of enterprises is analyzed from the aspects of enterprise resources and enterprise capabilities,and the internal advantages and disadvantages of Lanzhou Auxiliary Factory are evaluated by using the internal factor evaluation matrix.Based on the above systematic analysis and evaluation results,the SWOT model is used to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of enterprises,and the development strategy for enterprises to effectively respond to market changes in the new normal.Finally,using the quantitative strategic planning matrix to evaluate the alternative strategic plan objectively and select the suitable strategic plan for Lanzhou Auxiliary Factory,clarifying and implementing the future development strategy of enterprises based on their own political advantages and resource advantages.This article,studying on export trade development strategy of Lanzhou Auxiliary Company based on the combination of theory and strategy,not only contribute to the company's further benign development,but also provides some reference value for the peer-oriented companies in making proper development strategies.
