Nowadays,the size of small and medium-sized enterprises in home decoration industry is very large,and the operation mode of small and medium-sized enterprises in the home decoration industry is also diversified.However,the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in the home decoration industry is relatively dismal,and the number of failures is very impressive.Therefore,it is necessary to study the innovative operation mode which is beneficial to the sustainable development of small and medium-sized enterprises in home decoration industry.In this article,on the basis of theory and practice of domestic and foreign related research in domestic outfit,small and medium-sized enterprises,operating mode related theory as the foundation,combined with the analysis about the present situation of small and medium-sized enterprise operation mode of domestic outfit,the home installs the operation mode of the small and medium-sized enterprises for the instance analysis.Based on the quantity of customer visit,into a single rate,construction feedback,customer satisfaction review four evaluation index as a measure of instance enterprise operation mode through the Delphi method to determine the company in the construction,budget,material,design,and after-sale services,business in six aspects,such as customer satisfaction rankings.To improve the present situation of the operation mode of the enterprise as the goal,according to the operability,the principle of comprehensive system,with certain forward-looking,with enterprise operation mode to improve the situation and trend of domestic outfit industry and small business development as the inspection standard,the technique of low cost model,the dominant mode,green mode,Internet sharing mode,financing mode,such as six innovative operation mode.And put forward the innovation of the operation mode,presents the countermeasures in the process of small and medium-sized enterprises in the implementation of domestic outfit industry,control of operating costs,the introduction of new technology and new materials,environmental protection of domestic outfit physically,mutual mode of network,financing and resource sharing,the enterprise's own training and development.In this paper,an instance of the model analysis of the situation,according to the results of the enterprise in the construction,budget,material,design of satisfaction is low,on the design of the operation mode of the instance also emphatically in this a few aspects of innovative operation mode and countermeasures are given.The industry and government also need to provide the necessary institutional guarantee and support for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in the home decoration industry.
