The Research Of The Measures On Supply-side Reform Of Textile And Garment Industry

Diversification is the most common method the enterprises choose when they develop.After the theory of diversification went public,many scientists did several research about diversification and the relationship between diversification and the enterprise performance.but they haven't reached an agreement.The industry of textile and garment is an important sector of national economy.In this article,author collected and analyzed relevant theories and data.And with the supply-side reform,author took the listed companies of textile and garment in both the China and the Britain for sample by linearity regress analysis.In conclusion,related diversification has the biggest influence on enterprise performance,then the simplification,the unrelated diversification has the least influence.In the last,by comparing the domestic situation of two different countries,author made some suggestion and countermeasures for diversification strategy and the strengthen of main business.
