Research On The Project Team Building Of Company C To Founded The Order Center

In this paper,I study the project team-building method.Summary the problems of the project team building of Company C to founded the Order Center.Analyze the reasons for this project team building combined with project management theory,team theory,management and organizational theory,human resources theory.Some problems was found : organizational structure,membership acquisition,human resource planning,staff communication,performance incentives and so on.In this paper,the construction of the project team problems and reasons to analyze the situation.Finally,response measures:(1)Select the appropriate organizational structure of the project;(2)Develop a sound human resource planning;(3)Specifications for the formation step and scientific obtain project members;(4)Establish a system of project communication and information-sharing mechanisms;(5)Set the scientific project performance appraisal system and incentive mechanism.By analyzing the problem of project team building of Company C to founded the Order Center,I summed up the four key project construction team of the control points: select the project organization,development the human resources planning,scientific obtain project members,the establishment of project performance and incentives.The four key construction project teams to standardize the order of steps based on the team building integration of the control point.To do the project team building,team building need to follow the four-step project,to complete the four key points of the control work,and later to build a team culture as an auxiliary,and efficient completion of the project team building,to lay a solid foundation for the project to carry out.
