Study On The Risk Control Of The Position In The SJ Oil Sales Company

SJ oil sales company employees post risk control research,is to start from the post,to extract the various positions in the actual work of the risk points,risk identification and risk assessment,risk prevention and control measures;exploration of the "four systems" integration of work.The "four systems" involved in the overall assessment of risk,overall management,integrated management of resources,to achieve the relevant information sharing,decentralized management for centralized management,to fully play the synergy of system management,improve the efficiency and effectiveness of employee position risk control,the company's risk management control,and lay a solid foundation for the healthy and rapid development of enterprises.The design of the risk control mode of the SJ oil sales company is mainly based on the following principles: Based on the position principle,the comprehensive control principle,the full participation principle,the leading role principle and the continuous improvement principle.The overall design idea is the "four system" by an organization to co-ordinate the management,the "four system" involves the risk of overall evaluation,but the "four system" system file is still maintained their independence.This paper mainly uses the research methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,flow chart analysis,statistical analysis and expert investigation method.This paper first designs the job risk list,as an important tool to establish the risk control mode,"job risk list" runs through the whole process of employee risk control,risk identification,risk assessment and risk prevention and control measures of these three stages,we need to use the "job risk list" this tool,the relevant content in series.On this basis,the paper puts forward the design idea and concrete design scheme of the risk control mode of SJ oil sales company with the risk control theory and the "four system",and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and safeguard measures to implement the risk control mode.
