Position management is the most basic of the human resources management, is also the root of the daily human resources management work. Design effective and scientific position system, this provide important support to build a team with high quality and competitive employees team, and can also stimulate the staffs enthusiasm and creativity. It has practical significance for any business to enhance the human resources’competitiveness of enterprise in order to face the diverse competition of markets. Based on the analysis of the BS commercial bank’existing position system, through the introduction of the basic content of position system, design method and the simple process, this paper expounds the BS commercial bank’s design principles of new position system, ideas and key points in the process of design, and combining the basic ways to design and establish scientific and effective system of the new position of BS commercial Banks. The new position system planning of the job family(positions), position sequence, class of position and post which are the basic elements of position system. Finally, based on the new position system, put forward with the combination of the other optimization measures for building new position system. The optimization and reconstruction of position system, to a great extent, mobilize the creativity and enthusiasm of the staff, and can also optimized configuration of human resources essentially, enhancing core competence for BS commercial bank’s sustained and healthy development.
