The Upgrading Research Of Large-Scale Complex Products Manufacturing Cluster Based On Reverse Outsourcing And Knowledge Network Embeddedness

Large-scale complex products manufacturing cluster main includes aviation,aerospace,large equipment manufacture industry,large telecommunications manufacture industry and the other complex production systems.Its features are as following,Formidable industrial chain ductility,vertically integration,technical knowledge intensive,crafts process complex etc,In the process of production,these complex system manufacturing are main located in the high-end and core of the value chain.Industry cluster is the existence mode of complex products manufacturing,while its embedded in the global value chain,due to the complex technology of modular application and the requirement of knowledge innovation,the complex products manufacturing still can't break the R&D bottlenecks,large number of products still need to rely on imports,therefore,it will cause the products fall into the low-end of GVC and cause the appearance of local buzz.Therefore,from the aspect of reverse outsourcing,it can provide a strategic guideline for large-scale complex products manufacturing cluster for the aim of the integration of global resources and gather global innovative resources.To explore the cluster upgrading of the large-scale complex products manufacturing,based on the reverse outsourcing,combined with the theory of knowledge network embeddedness and the chain upgrading,using thesis analysis,case study,questionnaire and empirical research to explore,then puts forwards the cluster upgrading strategies.Firstly,based on the review of existing research,proposing the meaning and forming conditions of reverse outsourcing.Secondly,proposing the type and characteristics of large-scale complex products manufacturing cluster,then based on the theoretical analysis and variable relationship,put forwards the research hypothesis and set up a moderated mediating effect model,Finally,conducted the empirical test through the way of questionnaire survey and the hierarchical regression.Based on these conclusion,from the aspects of government,cluster and enterprise,proposing the effective cluster upgrading strategies as the following :(1)enhance the policy radiation of reverse outsourcing.Strengthen government policy support,improving the level of reverse outsourcing;(2)enhance the capacity of knowledge network embeddedness.it's including the establishment of formal and informal cooperation mechanisms,establishing more accurate knowledge exchange network;(3)optimizing the diversity of knowledge absorption capacity,from the perspective of knowledge chain innovation;(4)improving the level of industrial chain collaboration.From the product chain,knowledge chain and value chain aspects to enhance the competitiveness of cluster,promoting the cluster upgrading.
