Research On The Credit Business Internal Control For S Branch Of The C Rural Commercial Bank

As the great strategic deployment and major development direction for the restructured and transformed rural commercial banks' management and development,setting up branch,establishing village banks or expanding credit business in cross regional places are very significant for their survival and development,however,being called as the development of the accelerator for banks,the credit business can be a more important safeguard for bank's prudent operation and long-term development when it is successfully executed in an effective internal control.Recent years,the banks have actively accelerated the speed on setting the cross regional branch,but they are confronted with the worse and worse economic downturn and fierce competition on regional financial market,especially,the new branches are not only faced with numerous difficulties in promoting credit business,but also exposed obviously negative influences on internal control.To promote some operable resolutions which can help branches get involved in local financial environment quickly when they are matched with rural commercial bank's internal control level of development is an urgent problem to solve.The thesis mainly take the credit business which have been done on the first five year for the S branch of the C rural commercial bank as an object of study.By collecting,organizing and analyzing the credit business data of the S branch,also according to the credit managers' introduction of the credit business operation,the thesis comprehensively analyzed the main problems in internal control of the S branch' credit business.By tracing to its source that refer to the main credit business' archives and the findings of audit,the thesis concretely analyzed the causes which bring about internal control problems,and then put forward suggestions for improvement on the basis of the research on credit business internal control at home and abroad,with a purpose of finding a solution to achieve the internal control constant improvement,assets quality continual advancement and credit business scale steady expansion.
