As China's economy enters a new cycle,the mobile phone industry is changing rapidly.The competition among different brands is as follows : competing the core quantity two years ago?mobile thickness&metal housing &dual camera last year,the full screen this year,it's the competition of research and development strength;Therefore,how to improve research and development strength of enterprise,how to attract high level talent,how to retain current core talented employees,and how to excite the work enthusiasms of employees,it becomes a required question for the leader of the R&D department.For the IDH of the mobile phone enterprise,we designed the incentive scheme for the R&D employees of Xunrui communication Co.in this paper.In this study,the current salary and welfare system of Xunrui communication Co.are deeply analyzed and evaluated.Firstly,the classical incentive theory is reviewed,and the differences between kinds of incentive mechanisms are compared,and the research status of the incentive of knowledge-based employees is also discussed.Secondly,analyzing the current incentive problems of Xunrui communication Co.,such as the compensation system is imperfect.? the appraisal system is unreasonable.? mental stimulation is not valued.career planning is not clear,and the welfare system is not abundant ?We try to find balance between "employee satisfaction" and "keeping key talents and improve the company's performance ",designed a set of incentive operational schemes for R&D employees : 1.the rich material incentives;2.Perfect mental stimulation;3.Sound performance appraisal;4.Humanized welfare system;5.Personalized incentive package.Finally,summarizes the full text of the research conclusion,also hope to provide some reference to the IDH the mobile phone enterprise,also can provide some ideas and direction to the follow-up research work.
