In the era of knowledge economy, enterprise development more and more rely onthe most important resource-human resource; and it has become the decisive factorwhether human resource is developed well or not. In talent resources of enterprise, corestaff has become the hard core of enterprise, bearing most of management, technical andoperation activities of enterprises; and is the solid power of enterprise development.Therefore, how to conduct effective stimulation on core staff, and enable staff tomaintain long-term initiative and enthusiasm has become the problem that needs to bepaid with particular attention in the process of enterprise development.MQ Company belongs to real estate industry. In these years with rapiddevelopment, enterprise human resources structure has become increasingly weak,especially in the attraction and management of core staff, and MQ Real EstateEnterprise did not well in such aspect. This research shall select MQ Real EstateCompany as typical case, and analyze the problems eMQisting in its core staffstimulation via questionnaire and interview, and combine with relevant theory andeMQperience to design optimization scheme adapting to its core staff stimulation. Inaddition, it shall carry out comprehensive optimization on original stimulationmechanism of MQ Real Estate Company from four aspects: material stimulationoptimization, spiritual stimulation optimization, professional development optimization,and training stimulation optimization, so as to help MQ Company to achieve core staffstimulation for a long time and improve its competitive power.
