Quality is the lifeblood of all trades and professions.Lean six sigma is the latest management method and technology integration in quality management.It is of great significant to carry out the process quality control based on Lean six sigma.Traditional lean six sigma for process quality control in single variate quality areas out of the great effect and will be spread lean six sigma implementation experiences to the multivariate process of is imperative.In this paper,take a mobile phone parts production line as the background,analyzed the existing main quality problems in this process,with lean six sigma method is put forward to solve the problem of the quality and using the DMAIC model as a guide,and mainly in studying to prosperous of the theory of multivariate process oriented lean six sigma,and including the three major problems:(?)In the definition phase D,the identification of multiple key quality variate is studied.Introduced two methods to recognized the key quality variate of multiple process : improved AHP for one has a hierarchical structure model problem and gray correlation analysis method for general time serious quality data,and solved the problem in production line;(?)In the analysis stage A,the calculation of the multivariate process capability index was studied.Put forward using fuzzy clustering algorithm to calculate multivariate process capability indices based on the volume ratio,introduced the classical clustering algorithm and its' deficiency,for using the classification method based on fuzzy clustering algorithm.Then using this algorithm to calculate the process capability indices of each set respectively,and then discussed the distribution of the weight coefficients of each category problem,allocation scheme based on the reciprocal of volume is put forward,finally to synthesize into a single process capability index;(?)In the improvement and control stage I and C,the control improvement problem of multivariate quality was studied.Analyzed the correlation of multiple quality problems,and based on the deficiency of traditional research,put forward take the copulas connect function as the tool,and introduces its basic theory,at last,through practical application,the measures for quality control of this production line is given,and have resulted a good achievement.
