| With the ISO9000standard birth, development, mostly companies andenterprises promote the ISO9001standard (Quality management system standard) asthe marketing entry, especially since2000, meanwhile, developed countries ensurethose products competitive advantage, they not only defined higher quality standardand "GREEN" criteria, but also request their directly supplier to improve productyield by excellence-process-management, even ask their2ndand3rdlevel suppliers tomeet6σ for process capability. Base on ISO9001standard, globalized industriescombined its technology regular and formulated a series of new managementsystems, such as ISO/TS16949for automotive industry, ISO13485for medicaldevice industry, TL9000for telecommunication industry, Hazardous substance freeprocess management system IECQ QC080000for electronic industrial,etc. All abovemanagement systems are consisted by system elements, which are achieved byprocess management. So the process method is functioned as the bridge between theproduct and management system, the level of product quality and the maturity ofmanagement systems are decided by process capability.The dissertation states logical connections among the system, process andproducts, and the quality management module based on the PDCA as well as therequirements of competitiveness in current complex circumstance by analyzing theprinciple, method, key performance index of quality management system. Summed upwith process driven "concerned factors oriented process module", multi-factors basedprocess capability control methods and audits (system audit, process audit, productaudit) evaluation methods.At the end of this dissertation, many examples in semiconductor assemblyindustry are raised and analyzed for the process management method&auditsevaluation methods(system&process&product audit), merge the konwledge ofquality management system theory and multi-factors process capability management.and provide a directional framework to the continuous improvement of enterprises. |
