Compared with other e-commerce marketing modes,the O2 O marketing model takes into account the advantages of the existing e-commerce marketing model and traditional marketing model,and plays an important role in promoting the development of e-commerce industry in China.At present,the competition is fierce for the custom furniture industry in China,the popularity of O2 O in China's custom-made furniture industry indicates a new direction for the development of custom-made furniture industry in China.With the rise of O2 O marketing model,the Dimension Customization follows the pace of the times to introduce this marketing model,but due to a variety of reasons,the effect is not ideal.At present,the Dimension Customization has some problems in the implementation of O2 O marketing strategy.For the Dimension Customization,how to perfect the enterprise O2 O marketing strategy is an important problem to be solved urgently.The first part of the paper mainly introduces the background and significance of the research,and then introduces some domestic and foreign scholars' related research,through the use of the literature research method,the case research method,the inductive summary method and other research methods,the main research contents of the thesis are investigated in detail.The second part introduces the relevant theories in detail.The third part introduces the current marketing situation of Dimension Customization from the internal environment and the external environment through a series of investigations.The forth part puts forward some problems existing in the implementation of marketing strategy under the O2 O marketing model.For example,customized furniture in the e-commerce system operating mode is unreasonable,customized furniture in O2 O marketing has not perfect supporting service system,O2 O platform background system is not perfect,O2 O enterprise internal system is not perfect and so on.The fifth part puts forward targeted suggestions for the above problems.
