E&S Garments co.,Ltd.is a company who engaged in the garment manufacture and sale,mainly for the several well-known brand's OEM production,which in the European and American markets.In recent years,the E&S Garments co.,Ltd.Is been in trouble,such as:Overload orders,high skilled turnover rate,Great production pressure,low profit margins.In the course of development,the problems and contradictions encountered by enterprises are increasing.Corporate development is facing obstacles.In the face of the current trend of consumption trends in the clothing market,the company's leaders are in discussions with the manufacturers of customized garments in Shandong province to carry out customized garment production in the future.The executives would like to see the part of the effort to improve productivity and low profit margins,and to cater to the consumer economic trends of the consumer center,in the hopes that there would be a long-term,healthy,long-term growth mechanism in the new business.In order to solve the dilemma faced by E&S Garments co.,Ltd.in the development,this paper uses the theory of custom marketing and the qualitative research method of thematic research for the current situation of clothing marketing of the company.From the point of view of macroscopic,microscopic and garment industry development,some problems in the analysis of the company,such as:big production pressure,low profit margins,staff liquidity,low efficiency of management,production and marketing of passive,big market management risk,and uses the SWOT analysis method comprehensive analysis of the company's marketing environment on the whole research.Combining with customized clothing marketing of foreign successful cases,design a suitable E&S Garments co.,LTD.,customized marketing strategy,including:establishing clothing customization marketing concept,brand building,get the clear target market,market positioning,establishing flexible manufacturing system,comprehensively improve communica—tion strategy,establish customer database etc.According to current situation of its development put forward the optimization of supply chain management,personnel training,and safeguard measures such as construction,enterprise culture construction and innovation,not only for the company to develop new business,and seek new development provides the beneficial reference,and help the company improve its management present situation and the market competitiveness.This paper also provides A new perspective and path reference for small and medium-sized private enterprises like E&S Garments co.,Ltd.in the face of enterprise development and transformation.
