In China's financial industry "12th Five-Year" plan,the state clearly put forward "to speed up the construction of financial service system of community organizations,promote local small and medium-sized banks to focus more on community residents and Small and micro businesses in financial services" strategy,therefore,the development of the financial community is concerned,the relevant business has been promoted.In fact,now this mode of operation of the community bank is a new mode,the mode in the United States has made rapid development,the mode of the financial crisis in 2008 years,showing its unique and competitive advantage.Therefore,the development of community banks,on the one hand is the inherent requirement of optimizing the allocation of resources and enhance competitiveness,also adapt to the development of society under the new situation,meet the needs of the national external diversified financial services.This thesis first studies on reading a large number of community banking documents,on the basis of the summary and conclusion of the literature,so as to grasp the meaning and scope of community banking.Then the Minsheng Bank community bank in business management mode,management mode and business types are introduced in detail,the community bank business environment,business products and operating results are analyzed in detail.According to the analysis of the successful experience of the development of the Wells Fargo Bank,Minsheng Bank community bank mode of construction,construction of the reengineering scheme from two aspects of internal and external,the development mode of Minsheng Bank community bank should adopt the political support of government and the third party supervision for external security,and strive to study to improve itself profit level of business innovation and diversification of the channel platform,to build their own community service brand.In this thesis,the rebuilding of Minsheng Bank community bank business development mode,not only effectively improves the Minsheng Bank community bank profit level,promotes the development of its business,but also provides a reference experience for the development model of community banks in China.
