Design And Implementation Of Cost Management System For CREC

With the increasingly competition between construction enterprises,the key to getting competitiveness is reduced business costs and improved business efficiency.At the same time,how to innovate the cost management method and realize cost lean has become the key problem that enterprise managers need to solve.This paper researches the design and implementation the project cost management system for CREC Engineering Project,which is from surveying the current situation of construction enterprise cost management and custom demand.The CREC Project Management is as the object of study.In the research process of this paper,the specific needs of each module are described firstly by means of diagram.It is on the basis of the analysis of the system function requirements.The function modules such as engineering quantity management,financial business management,mechanical leasing management,material management,data report management and system configuration are designed according to custom demand.At the stage of system design,the specific flow of each module of the system is designed by using the way of sequence diagram.The class design for the key model is also given.At the stage of database design,the relationship between entities is described by means of ER diagram.and the conceptual model of database back-end database and the design of database table is completed.At the stage of system realization,the key modules of the system are realized by using of J2 EE and database technology.The effect of each function module is shown in detail.The operation flow of each function module is also explained by way of flow chart.At the system testing stage,the black box test method is used to tests the function and performance of the system.It is proved that the cost management system constructed in this paper has been applied in practical application.Through research,every function of cost management system is effectively realized.The cost management system will improve effectively the quality of cost management of construction enterprise,and strengthening the information share and communication between financial department and construction department.If it is applied the projects,which will effectively reduce the project construction costs and improve the business income.
