| In recent years Chinese economic first rise in 2008 after the economic crisis,and has entered a rapid leap stage.Under the support and promote within the whole nation,enterprises have got great development,which also brings opportunities for the domestic development of Electromechanical industry.With the wave of China economic development,the scale exponentially,and the number of enterprises and practitioners are constantly expanding.The rapid development of opportunities for Electromechanical industry planted a great risk for its future development.Because industry competition is becoming increasingly fierce,it brings higher requirements of Electromechanical engineering enterprise project quality.If there is not a set of scientific and effective project management system,it may be at a disadvantage stage in the competition in the industry,eventually eliminated from the industry.Dalian A electrical engineering company was founded in 2000,the initial registered capital is 140 million yuan.Its main business is in the “high pressure,high power electric technology” related project construction,and taking into account the " energy efficient,green environmental protection " new energy products as the future development direction.Because the core technology of the company got praise and recognition from the customers and industry,the total project amount of Dalian A electrical engineering company grows year by year,the enterprise scale is constantly expanding,and eventually established leadership position in the electromechanical industry in Dalian.But because the project management system of this company is outdated,the problems of project progress management happened frequently,and project management crisis has gradually become an important factor that hinder the development of the company.If Dalian A electrical engineering company can’t pay attention to this problem,the project progress crisis will not only let Dalian A electrical engineering company suffer severe economic losses,but more importantly,the past good reputation may have been damaged,resulting in the loss of a superior market position for Dalian A electrical engineering company.This paper will take the domestic Electromechanicalindustry as the research background,taking Dalian A electrical engineering company as the research object,using advanced case analysis and research method to investigate and analyze the company’s current project crisis.Firstly,this paper refers to the theory and methods of project management,finds the main reason of Dalian A electrical engineering company project crisis: lack of the project schedule,mas of the project construction management,weak anti risk ability and lack of project management talents.Then combining the actual operating conditions of Dalian A electricalengineering company,this paper proposes a set of scientific and effective project management measures and plan for Dalian A electrical engineering company to help it break the current project quarterly crisis.The study results of this paper can not only help Dalian A electrical engineering company to solve the current crisis in the progress of project management,but also help similar enterprises to solve the similar problems.So this paper has strong theoretical and practical significance. |
