As we all know, Heavy industry is the life of China, Made in China is the honor of the Chinese manufacturers. However, only about 5% profit margin for the heavy industry manufacturers and the approximately 5~10% punishment of the whole contract price will make the manufacturers into financial predicament. How to make the Chinese manufacturers develop into virtuous cycle is the most important project.This paper firstly introduced the company background of Shanghai ZhenHua Heavy Industries Co.LT ("Z"). From knowing the history, the organization and the business marketing of the company, combined with the project management in-knowledge, analysis the project schedule and control of the company. The influence factors are including the organization, marketing, industry status, project performing. Identify from the inside and the outside of the company to analysis all the influence factors to know the reason why the project schedule delay. And then to find a way to solve all the factors to help the company how to avoid the project schedule delay in the future. In the paper, the method of the comparative study of examples, the case study analysis and the field study will be used to analysis the company status. After the factors and the reason are analyzed clearly, find the solution about how to control the project schedule, and evaluate the solution purpose, to prove the validity of the influence factor analysis, and then verify the maneuverability of the solution.
