The Research On Countermeasures Of The Safety Supervision Of Animal Products In C District

The safety of animal products is related to the public health,life safety,animal husbandry sustainable and healthy development,and the achievements of agricultural modernization.With the deepening of the structural reform of the animal husbandry supplier,the animal product safety problems appeared gradually since the "Twelfth five-year plan".There are still animal product safety issues and risks in our country,veterinary drug residue and origin of environmental problems are still outstanding.How to solve the problems of animal product safety has become an important strategic task for the animal husbandry and veterinary department.Therefore,doing the research and putting forward countermeasures and suggestions of animal product safety regulation system,pattern of the animal husbandry and veterinary department is of great significance to safeguard the legal rights of the public and promote the reform of economic and social management in the animal husbandry and veterinary departments.This article mainly studies the safety regulation of animal products in C distric.Through a field investigation of the competent department and the supervising organ of animal product safety,we have a more comprehensive grasp of the basic situation animal products and relevant industry,supervision organization,supervision mode,regulatory achievements in C district.There are safety risks in related industries of animal products,unreasonable supervision organizations,lagging mode of supervision,insufficient information resources supply and so on.Based on the perspective of new public management theory,this paper analyzes the deep reason of all the problems.We consider that the complexity of the regulatory object,unperfect laws and standards and inter-departmental benefit contests cause regulatory organization disorders.And the weakened regulation effect caused by the conservative regulatory model,the difficulties of disclosure and sharing of the information,etc.affect animal product safety regulation effect and efficiency in C district.We also list the successful experiences of the safety supervision of animal products in the United States,the European Union,the Japan,and also other parts of China.By comparing and analyzing these experiences,we find out that it will be useful to optimize animal product safety supervision organization structure,standardize animal husbandry,improve animal product safety supervision mechanism,strengthen information sharing and open mechanism,and the government public opinion guide optimization solutions and guarantee measures.And this will be a certain practical significance for the basic-level animal products safety regulation.
