Research On Project Management Of Early Warning System Construction In Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area

At present,China has entered the age of mass tourism,and tourism industry has become a strategic pillar industry of national economic development.Meanwhile,various emergencies in the tourism industry have had a negative impact on tourists,travel enterprises and practitioners.The importance and urgency of scientific and effective response to emergencies are becoming increasingly prominent.The Jiuzhaigou scenic area is benchmark of tourism in Sichuan province.It is located in the western Sichuan Plateau,with complex geological features,multiple geological disasters and changeable climate temperature.These factors increase the occurrence probability and disposition difficulty of the tourism emergency.Therefore,the construction of emergency warning system is of great practical significance for the Jiuzhaigou scenic spot.Although the project management is deeply applied in all walks of life,the project management is lack in the construction and management of tourism scenic spots,especially the unexpected events in scenic spots.This paper mainly discussed the application of project management in the Jiuzhaigou scenic spot.Firstly,the domestic and foreign relevant studies were combed,such as project management,emergency.Secondly,the construction of the emergency warning system project appraisal in the Jiuzhaigou scenic spot were carried out,such as project planning,work breakdown,quality management,communication management,progress control,risk management,and project closeout work research.Thirdly,the existing problems were analyzed,and the solution was put forward.Finally,the key technology and function design of emergency warning system of the Jiuzhaigou scenic spot were introduced.At the same time,life cycle of the Jiuzhaigou scenic spot emergency,risk analysis of emergency disposal plan,and work of the organization structure and emergency disposal processes were researched.Based on the above studies,emergencies of the Jiuzhaigou scenic spot has been carried on the work breakdown,make up for the deficiency of emergency response plans of the Jiuzhaigou scenic spot.By studying the construction projects of the Jiuzhaigou scenic spot emergency warning system,the process and method on emergency disposal of the Jiuzhaigou scenic spot were improved,further enhance the Jiuzhaigou scenic spot scientific ability to travel accidents.This study plays a reference role for other tourism scenic spot warning system and emergency disposal.
