Researches On Several Issues About Exploitating Natural Scenic Spot

The natural scenic spot gathers the essence of natural touristic resources, and is the ideal place of traveling and recration for tourists. The exploitation and utilazition of the natural scenic spot are the focal points which the academics research recent years. Rational and appropriate exploitation of the natural scenic spot has important significance for the tourism sustainable development and the prosperity of economic and society.This article focuses on Hebei province by using way of document and exploring way, discusses some ratcital problems in the exploitation of Hebei natural scenic spot, and studies specially the practical issues: infrastructure construction like the tourism real estate at the periphery of natural scenic spot, prevention of geological disasters, and exploitation of eco-agriculture tourism, and so on.This article researches the following issues:1. According to "the classification, survey and assessment of touristic resources", national standard, this artile classifies and analyses the touristic resource of Hebei province, and then appraises the resource conditions of natural touristic resources by using AHP method, researches the second-exploitations for typical 30 scenic spots of each grade after roughly assessmented the natural tourisitc resources by mark standards, and then carries out the valuation result of the natural scenic spots.2. By the analysis of the present situation of natural scenic spot and the Hebei tourism, this article analyses the present strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges for the natural scenic spot exploitation by using SWOT analysis, put forward some exploitating sugesstions about the fifth-class, the fourth class, and the third-class natural scenic spots: ourism real estate exploitation at the periphery of natural scenic spot, prevention and cure of geological disasters, and exploitation of eco-agriculture tourism.3. This article stratifies influencing factors of tourism real estate exploitation to three hierarchies, synthetically appraises and analyses the factors by using the fuzzy synthesis assessment method, structures the feasibility analysis model of tourism real estate exploitation, and provides the marketplace prospect for tourism real estate development and countermeasures for toursim real estate exploitation at the periphery of natural scenic spot.4. Based on analysing the type and characters of time and space of the the common geological disasters, this article provides prevention measures and countermeasures about the geological disasters which usually happened in the exploitation and utilazation of natural scenic spot by the vision of engineering geology.5. According to the earth's surface characteristers, resource conditions, and situation of agriculture development, this article divides the eco-agriculture tourism exploitating regions into two parts: forest-grass region and lofty-mountain region, provides developing thought and layout for each typical region, and put forward specific product types and projects.
