Marketing strategy as a means of unique market competition,has always been academics and industry research and attention,there have been more mature theory and can be drawn lessons from success,but the brand agent how to build their own unique strategy combination,get the brand enterprise support and trust,make the enterprise to grow rapidly,ultimately to achieve a win-win cooperation,this aspect of the research in the exploration and practice.Since the 21 st century,the quickening globalization process,China's economic development has entered a rapid growth period,foreign production companies a lot of foreign brands to enter the Chinese market share the fruits of rapid economic development in our country.In particular,after China's accession to the WTO,more and more foreign companies are taking root in China,making the competition increasingly fierce.SQ company as toyo,zhuhai,zhongshan,jiangmen region of industrial hose products agents,in the process of agent for many years,accumulated certain experience,but the company wants to become Japan's brand in the next competition is more important and irreplaceable industrial hose products agent,should according to own actual situation,in a planned way to do market research and planning,make effective marketing strategy and the corresponding security measures,to promote the development of enterprises better,eventually achieve the goal of win-win.Taking SQ company agent,therefore,toyo,industrial hose products as a case study,combined with the domestic and international brand agency theory and marketing theory,Oriental of SQ company agent,brand marketing status quo of industrial hose,environment and market analysis;Then,we studied the market environment of SQ company,and conducted the market segmentation,positioning and selection research of the dongyangx brand industrial rubber tube market,which was carried out by the company of the dongyangx industrial rubber tube market.After determining the market audience,we analyzed the marketing strategy of the company's agent,dongyang brand,mainly from products,prices and channels;Finally,how to implement the related product marketing strategies in the SQ company agent mode.In order to study the marketing strategy of industrial rubber tube products under the brand agent mode of SQ company,this paper provides a case reference for other brand agent enterprises.
