Online water analysis products suppliers face more and more fierce competition. The difference of technology between local and imported brands is reducing rapidly. After years rapid development, now revenue of all of suppliers just keep current situation or less and less business. Suppliers decide to enter new segment market, develop new markets, looking for new customers, and ensure company to maintain a sustainable development.This thesis based on the theory of marketing strategy and brand management, take M company as an example. We analyses the strategy problems of M company and the market environment. Find out suitable target market. We discuss strengths and weaknesses of M company and opportunities, threats by SWOT analysis. Make a marketing strategy based on enhancement of brand value.This thesis not only contributes to the new market development of M company, but also as a reference to related companies to enter new market.
