With the rapid development of the domestic economy in recent years,the market of chemical products has been further opened,and the chemical industry has gone hand in hand with other industries,becoming a relatively mature industrial industry.The chemical products industry has gradually formed a diversified chemical market,which consists of large enterprises,private enterprises and transnational joint ventures,and has also become an important part of the national economy.Embodies many of the basic laws of the market in the chemical products market China economy under this environment is as follows: the macroeconomic conditions,the global market for chemical products and chemical products China market volatility changes periodically;the existing domestic environment for economic development has a decisive effect on the product market development trend of international crude oil and chemical industry;the price trend,directly determines the cost of chemical product price volatility will directly to the number of alternatives to chemical products;chemical industry product general material is numerous,do not have a competitive advantage,but also has high monopoly profits and so on in the technical content of the special material market.These factors are to affect domestic prices of chemical products,as sales of chemical products enterprises,how in the actual process of sales,sales volume and price balance control;how to expand the market share,in an invincible position in the joint petrochemical,coal chemical industry,imported materials and other intrusion of small and medium-sized private enterprises how to attack;grasp the market development and sales to make effective decision,do not market share losses without loss of company benefits.These problems are the problems that need to be solved urgently in our company.In this paper,through the analysis of existing management and price management SCMC company existing problems were analyzed and sorted,both through the qualitative management strategies to solve practical problems,and combining the scientific data model with problems of quantity and price are analyzed and quantitative decision.uses the PEST analysis of macroscopical environment to clarify the current macro environment of SCMC company,analyzes the competitiveness of SCMC company through Potter's five force analysis model,and determines the future development strategy of SCMC company by analysis.Through the above analysis and the shortcomings of SCMC company's current pricing,the product pricing strategy and measures of SCMC company are put forward.By using the method of data modeling the pricing model,quantitative,and the use of artificial intelligence in particle swarm optimization algorithm will improve the pricing method,to improve the efficiency and feasibility of SCMC company's pricing in a certain extent,will increase sales profit quantification,ensure that companies operating smoothly,for the company to provide effective help in the strong competition of many chemical products sales in the enterprise.
