Research On Evaluation Of Strategic Cost Management Performance Of State Grid Hangzhou Power Supply Company Based On BSC

With the integration of the world economy,the competition between enterprises is more and more incentive,how to survive in the competition is the key to many enterprises to consider,and strategic cost management is an effective way for enterprises to develop.As the evaluation tool of the whole cost management process,the strategic cost management performance evaluation system is developed along with the development of the strategic cost management.Through the research on the performance evaluation system of the strategic cost management,it can effectively control the cost expenditure of the enterprise in all aspects.Of the cost savings for the development of enterprises to provide a sustained competitive advantage.This paper starts from the theory of strategic cost management,and analyzes the characteristics,main models,management methods and tools of strategic cost management theory systematically.Based on the analysis of strategic cost management and performance evaluation,this paper studies the connotation,characteristics and process of performance evaluation of strategic cost management,and lays the framework for the construction of strategic cost management performance evaluation system.In this paper,a classic performance evaluation model-Balanced Scorecard(BSC),combined with the actual situation of State Grid Hangzhou Power Supply Company,build State Grid Hangzhou Power Supply Company strategic cost management performance evaluation system.Through AHP and triangular fuzzy method,the paper empirically analyzes the weight of the strategic cost management performance evaluation index and the score of each index.Through the data analysis,it is concluded that the evaluation of strategic cost management performance of enterprise State Grid Hangzhou Power Supply Company is low Etc.,the management level still needs to be improved.Finally,according to the results of the analysis,we put forward corresponding countermeasures from four aspects of cost,customer satisfaction,operation and innovation,and provide advice and guidance for the development of State Grid Hangzhou Power Supply Company.The research in this paper can help to improve the strategic cost management of State Grid Hangzhou Power Supply Company and provide a reference for the strategic cost management performance evaluation system of other enterprises in the same industry.However,there are still some subjective evaluations on the application of the method,and follow-up scholars can do it on the basis of this More scientific research.
