Due to the fast development of internet,more and more Chinese surf on internet every day.The function of internet has extended from communication to retail business.The electronic commerce can effectively simplify selling process,and logistic cost,which is very popular around people.So it has much room can be developed in the near future.And seafood business also starts to enter into electronic commerce from 5years ago.Currently most of them are still in the early stage,and internet marketing is not fully developed yet.There will be a big market potential.This article will analyze the current status of domestic and overseas studies,and use marketing and internet marketing theories to find out the marketing problems in A company.It will analyze A company current operation and marketing status,and shows A company marketing problems are as below,marketing did not directed by customer,marketing strategy only focus on low price,customer loyalty is not stable,then detailed analyze internal and external environment,advantage,disadvantage,opportunity and threaten etc.Finally this article shows some advice to A company on marketing strategy like: focusing on market and customer oriented,relationship marketing strategy etc.Hope to align seafood on line and off line selling together,and make this as an reference to future seafood electronic commerce industry.
