China is a world agricultural country. In recent years,China's agricultural development has achieved steady growth. With the increase of the continuous improvement of residents' living demand, how to distribute fresh agricultural products with high quality to retailers and consumers, has become a worth-studying problem. The emergence of joint distribution can greatly improve the distribution efficiency of fresh product and improve the service quality of distribution,so joint distribution is an effective distribution method.Joint distribution is the distribution that goods delivered by a distribution company to multiple suppliers. The way that multiple participants participate in the joint distribution is bound to involve the distribution of interests and cost-sharing among the joint distribution alliances. An effective apportionment mechanism can not only arouse the enthusiasm of the participants, but also increase the stability of the distribution alliance. This paper mainly focuses on the cost allocation problem of agricultural product distribution. After fully understanding the nature of fresh products, this paper makes a simple study on the theory of joint distribution. At the same time, this paper summarizes the alliance type and the advantage of joint distribution, then analysis the cost of joint distribution. In the analysis of common distribution cost components, the unique costs in the process of joint distribution of fresh agricultural products are taken into account, such as time cost, value loss cost, and joint distribution information management and control costs. And then, the existing cost allocation methods are summarized, and their advantages and disadvantages are compared. The Shapley value method is finally selected to apportion the transportation cost of the joint distribution. However, the classic Shapley value method has its shortcomings. The traditional Shapley value method distributes the risk by default. The order weighting method and the entropy method are used in this paper to judge the combined weights of the multiple factors that affect the risk, and the Shapley value method is improved. Finally,an example and the comparison of the Shapley method before and after the improvement is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the model.
