Cost Allocation Of Joint Distribution Of Cold Chain Drugs Based On Improved Shapley Value

In recent years, the frequent occurrence of various vaccine events has highlighted the quality supervision of cold chain drugs in the process of circulation. Cold chain drugs distribution enterprises, as the main body of distribution, are responsible for the quality and safety of drugs during transportation, and the quality of their distribution has a great impact on the safety of cold chain drugs. At present, the distribution of cold chain drugs has many problems, such as high cost, low efficiency and low utilization rate of distribution vehicles.In order to enhance the quality of cold chain drugs' distribution effectively, this paper will introduce the concept of distribution system of joint distribution of cold chain drugs, and to maintain the stability of the alliance of joint distribution, a reasonable cost allocation method is the key. This paper starts from this angle, research a reasonable cost allocation method of joint distribution alliance of the cold chain drugs, and mainly from following several aspects research:1. Review and summarize the research of cold chain, joint distribution, cost allocation and Shapley value, to understand the inadequacies of the current research, and propose the content of this study.2.Analysis of distribution status of the cold chain drugs in China, joint distribution characteristics and organization pattern, research for the joint distribution mode adopted in the field of drug circulation of cold chain, and pointed out that the reasonable cost allocation method is the key to the implementation of joint distribution. Analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of different cost allocation methods, choose the Shapley value method to solve the cost allocation problem, and to improve its shortcomings.3.Considering the input factors, risk factors and business factors on the impact of cost allocation, combining the order relation analysis method and entropy method, constructed function to obtain the weight of each impact index, so as to improve the cost sharing method of Shapley value. And the improved Shapley value method were compared with the SCRB method with an example, to show that the improved Shapley value method compared to other allocation methods is more scientific and rational.The calculation results show that the improved Shapley value method can more fully reflect the influence of different members of the alliance. Enterprises can get more benefit with greater contribution and less cost allocation, and get less benefit with less contribution and more cost allocation. This method with award and punishment is more conducive to encourage alliance members continuously to improve its service level, so as to bring more revenue for the alliance. Compared with other cost allocation methods, the results of the improved Shapley method are more scientific and reasonable. The application of the improved Shapley method in the cost allocation of cold chain drugs sharing extends its practical application direction, and also provides a new reference for solving many problems in the cold chain drug circulation industry.
