With the development of information technology,enterprise management has been improved greatly and make highly achievement.Under the informatization,Big-Data,paperless office environment,advanced experience of enterprise management,better practice of project management,enterprise information and data management system has been researched and developed,which include R&D,manufacture,material flow,cost and finance management.It has been well transmitted and has been rapidly applied in many industries,especially in heavy manufacturing enterprise.Ziyang company,as one of the large and heavy manufacturing enterprise,was and is implementing the changes and innovation for enterprise management.Herein,by analyzing the current situation of Ziyang company,it is mentioned the brief introduction of Ziyang company's project management model and current information and data management systems,which are PDM for R&D,CAPP for process engineering,K3 for cost and finance,R10 for manufacture.To promote enterprise management,enhance enterprise operating efficiency and profit,a new system has to be applied to coordinate the separate system,improve the synergy effect.Concerning Ziyang company operating situation,particularly for project management system,organization chat and its responsibility,products and manufacture process and flow,etc,the specified enterprise information and data management system should be researched and designed-PMERP system.The content of the proposal firstly explains the overall program of PMERP system and main datas management program,which is the core and basis of PMERP system.The datas management runs through the whole project management process,which comes from R&D,will be delivered to process engineering,be passed to outsource and logistic,be applied,collected and formed reports in manufacture process.It forms an unique data and information working platform.Furthermore,article gives an explanation of three basis and core parts:Planning,Material&parts flow and Value flow.The planning,base on project management process and manufacture management process,is from project set up to kick off the flow inner PMERP.The project general work task will be breakdown to second level tasks,which will be issued,automatically feedback and inquired in real time dynamically.It can coordinate and direct the planning of business units following the project general plan and schedule.Material&parts flow is designed depending on the flow of our inner company supply chain.It includes sales management,purchase management,ware house and inventory,suppliers management,price,Ex-warehouse flows etc.We draft the value flow upon our finance and cost management rules.As the manufacture processes,the value is added and collected through out the back-end process picks the material or parts delivered by former process.When final process delivers the product,all the data of cost and value have been recorded in the system.It will provide the different reports and statements for finance and cost management.The Planning,Material&parts flow and Value flow will be completely recorded and be applied by company due to PMERP working efficiently during the whole manufacturing period.To train employees and use PMERP,It will make more efficiency when people implement projects in all processes and period.It will make company operation standardization,institutionalization,process.
