Analysis And Research On Management Information System Of AS Power Company

As a local power enterprises,management information system implementation in AS Electric Power Company,comply with "three fusion as the connotation,transformation of three oriented,the promotion of four means"to achieve the goal of leading in China.The system includes human resources,financial,safety production,marketing management modules and related business modules,which is based on SOA(Service-Oriented Architecture)architecture and java,vs.net,oracle database and other technology.But when the system construction and application in AS Electric Power Company construction,there are shortcomings,such as low network coverage,weak in technical support measures of software and hardware,low coverage degree of system integration,weak in coupling degree,and existence of information island.In the study,firstly make use of school library and information network technology to collect relevant literature and similar areas,analyze current theory and technology and the development trends;secondly,combine with information management of power enterprise background,effective utilize of resources to collect data,process data.On the basis,analyze business processes,functional requirements,data analysis and combine the shortcomings of the existing management information system in AS Electric Power Company,using"three-step demand analysis";thirdly,give a feasible system-building plan to AS Electric Power Company and the same type of power business enterprise,after business process re-engineering(mainly focus on safety production and marketing).The plan can guide enterprises to standardize management mode,optimize the business process,innovate management objective.The main work of this article is as follows:1.Based on three-step demand analysis,structured life cycle method,combination of AS Electric Power Company existing management information system application status,such business process,data flow and new system construction goal and idea,carry out feasibility analysis,business,data and functional analysis;2.Based on "Chinese power industry standardization management measures","safety production management system of AS Electric Power Company","AS Electric Power Company marketing management system and other industry standards",business,data flow analysis standards;3.Propose the solution to service,data optimization and system function in AS Electric Power Company and the same type power enterprises(Mainly around safety production,marketing).This article selected topic from the AS power company actual development project,the author participated in the whole system planning of the project,mainly responsible for the AS power company safety in production,marketing,two main business analysis and design.The study analyze business application system development,service management mode of development,business process re-engineering and management improvement,and other aspects in AS Electric Power Company.Then give typical analysis scheme of management information system of regional electric power enterprise based on the specific electric power business,which provides a relatively complete scheme for the application of the same type of enterprise in the power industry.
