The construction of expressways can promote the coordinated economic development and social stability in the regions and cities along the line.With the rapid development of economy and society in our country,great attention has been paid to the construction of expressway network from countries to provinces,cities and regions,and the demand for the construction of expressways has become increasingly prominent.However,the expressway has the characteristics of long construction period,huge capital investment,large resources such as land and other resources along the expressways,and the risk of the expressway construction also increases.Therefore,conducting detailed and scientific feasibility studies in the early stage of expressway construction is of crucial importance.science.Reliable Feasibility Study results can provide relevant departments with decision-making basis and related forecasts in the early stage of the project,and also affect all aspects of the project's entire life cycle.LX Expressway is located in Liangshan Prefecture and Leshan City,Sichuan Province,China.It is one of the highway network plans in Sichuan Province from 2014 to 2030.The project connects Sichuan Inner Ring Chengdu Economic Circle with Panxi Economic Circle and is an economic link.At the same time,the project runs through the concentration areas of Liangshan and Yiwu communities and the contiguous destitute areas of Wumengshan,which is an access for poverty alleviation and development.The completion of the LX expressway will further improve the expressway network in Sichuan Province and promote further economic development in the two regions and poverty alleviation in the areas along the route.According to the relevant theories and steps of feasibility study,this study conducts a detailed feasibility study on the LX expressway project,which provides a theoretical basis for the project investment decision-making.This study includes five parts:The first part introduces the background,objective and significance of the project proposal,summarizes relevant literature on the feasibility study,seeks the theoretical roots of the research,and introduces the technical route and framework of the study.The second part mainly summarizes the general situation of the area where the project is located,the present situation and trend of economic development,the necessity of construction and the forecast of traffic volume.The third part mainly demonstrates the technical feasibility of LXexpressway construction,including construction conditions,construction standards and scale.The fourth part analyzes the national economic evaluation of the project,including the project investment estimation,financing plan and capital utilization plan,as well as the sensitivity analysis.The fifth part introduces the risk evaluation of LX expressway project.
