Feasibility Study On Weifang-Rizhao Highway Construction Project

Highway transportation play an important role in the process of promoting local economic development, but some characteristics of highway projects bring great risks tohighway project,such as the large amount of capital investment, land occupation and resource consumption. Therefore, the feasibility study for highway projects is essential for project implementation in the process of project.WeiRi highway project is an important part of Shandong Province highway construction planning.The complement of this project plays an important role in promoting the economic development between Weifang and Rizhao. According to the theory of the feasibility study, this paper analysis the related issues of WeiRi highway project to provide guidance and assistance.This paper is divided into five parts:The first chapter mainly defines the construction background, purpose and meaning of the project, and analyzes the current situation of relevant researches of domestic and foreign. In the second chapter, firstly, this paper describes an overview of the host region and the social environment, and analyzes the mutual influence and interaction of the social environment and the proposed project, and then base on the analysis of the traffic situation and development planning within the project area, this paper forecasts the impact of project traffic within the region, and uses a sensitivity analysis on the result of the traffic forecasting. Chapter three analyzes the technical feasibility of the project from two respects, including the project construction conditions, construction standards and scale. And through comparison of results, select the best works of the project implementation plan and set out an overview of the program. The fourth chapter analyzes the project's economic feasibility, this chapter firstly estimate investment of the project, and developed a financing program.Then analyze the investment financial of project from three respects, including the income, financial profitability and ability to repay loans. Chapter V evaluates the environment, energy, economic and social impact of the Weiri highway project.
