Case Study On Reform Of Industry Supervision Transformation Of Sichuan Expressway Administration

The construction of Shanghai to Jiading expressway is the starting point of our expressway business,which means that the highway construction in China has entered a new stage.Since then,the mileage of expressways built in 30 years has exceeded the mileage of half a century in developed countries.In the 18 th National Congress,the construction of a service-oriented government as a new strategic direction for national construction,and issued a "five-in-one" strategic deployment,a clear strategy to deepen the reform of the system.Although highway construction in China has achieved excellent results,the rapid development has not been promoted by management.The main task at present is to solve the problem of lag in management under the background of the reform of the system.The management system of Expressway must be established scientifically,effectively and synthetically,so as to ensure the comprehensive management of all aspects.Although the development of China's expressway has lasted for 30 years,it has not established a sound administrative system.There are few studies on the administrative system of Expressway in China,and less research on the "Sichuan model".This paper makes an in-depth study on the reform of the industry supervision and management of the Expressway Management Bureau of Sichuan province.This paper intends to use the related theories of public administration,in accordance with the paradigm of MPA research methods,put forward the problems based on the analysis and the existing theory of inductive hypotheses,clear the purpose of the study,developed a survey tool,to work around the actual authors and relevant industry regulatory factors investigated,it is beneficial to study and solve the practical work the conclusion,based on the reality of Sichuan province and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to better.To a certain extent,this research has made up for the lack of theoretical research on Expressway integrated management mode,and provided a reference for the development of expressway management in China.
