The Study On The Reform Of The Expressway Maintenance Management Mode In J-Province

With the rapid development of the expressway in recent years, the expressway maintenance management has become increasingly important. As the existence of various management methods on the expressway maintenance and now statewide exploratory work in this field, it's of great significance to do a research on this subject. Based on the theories and studies on the expressway maintenance management, the article firstly analyzes comparatively the important maintenance management modes at home and abroad and then the active management mode in China. Moreover, to the study in the current situation of the expressway maintenance management in Province J, problems it is encountering and cruxes of the management work are pointed out. The article sets a overall reform direction for the expressway maintenance management mode of J-Province, explains the prospects, missions and aims of the strategic management and three reform stages "Transformation, Probe and Implementation" with different targets and tasks, and discusses, how do structure management, process management and performance management play a part in these three stages respectively, what do they do and with which standards.
