Searching For Badong M5.1 Earthquake Precursors

Earthquake prediction i s not onl y the most difficult problem of the earth science,but also one of the most challenges in the world.T he ke y of it is able t o obtain reliable precursor y information.C omplexit y of the process of earthquake,limitation of observation position,diversit y of observation environment,unstable performance of instrument and other reasons increase t he difficult y of identif ying e arthquake precursor.It is an effective wa y to study the seismic precursor y at present that anal yz ing the data before the happened earthquake,finding anomalies,summarizing and reflect ing on the rules of case.Badong M5.1 earthquake is the largest earthqu ake since 1979 in Hubei province.The earthquake caused direct economic losses more than 70 million s.In order to find the possible precursors of the earthquake,we have carried out the following works:1? Collecting the background of geolog y and data reco rded b y the stations around 200 km of the epicenter.2 ? Analyz ing the data b y a lot of method and finding the abnormal phenomena.3? S earching the cause of the abnormal phenomena and distinguish ing that it is a precursor or not.
