Design And Implementation Of Rule Base System For Comparing Spatial Data

With the rapid development of China' s economy,the growing popularity of intelligent information technology,GIS have been used in various industries.Comparison of spatial data,statistics and analysis application has penetrated into many areas,such as road traffic management and maintenance,municipal city management,irrigation water quality management,air pollution,and natural disasters.At present,China is the rapid development of road and transportation,department of Transportation need to invest huge human and material resources each year,on the road to a comprehensive comparison,statistics and analysis.For the effective management and maintenance of road traffic,and is based on statistical analysis to developing and planning road and transportation.But the traditional comparative analysis is usually only for its specific business,the role is too simple.With the continuous expansion of road traffic business,many business approach procedure more complicated,such as sections of the technical level contrast,road number changes,name changes and other elements of the road business,while some methods of artificial visual processing large proportion such as roads shape changes,interrupted road,the road to repeat business.This greatly reduces the efficiency of the department of transportation,but also difficult to meet the expanding demand for road transport business.To solve the above problem,this paper presents a comparative analysis of the rules to the library for spatial data,based on both the flexibility,scalability and ease of comparison rules to road traffic,for example,to meet the terms of a provincial road Highway Administration the business needs to achieve a comparison of the data on road traffic rule base,analysis and statistical methods,convenient and efficient service to compare historical data of the Highway Authority,analysis and statistics.
