Evaluation On Sustainable Utilization Of Territorial Resources Based On The Niche Fitness Model

The evaluation of the resources sustainable utilization has always been a hot and important issue in the academic research.With the rapid development of economic construction and the urbanization,the demand for territorial resources is increasing,the unreasonable exploitation and utilization of resources seriously affect the sustainable use of territorial resources.How to build a conservation oriented society and start the process of evaluating territorial resources sustainable has become an important issue in China.At present,the evaluation results of resources sustainable utilization are more abundant all over the world,basically for some specific type of resources,and based on geography,statistics and other disciplines,but from the angle of ecology,empirical research and modeling is one of the few.In this paper,we take ShenGuanHui in the Pearl River Delta as the research area,through the niche fitness theory to establish the niche fitness model to evaluate the sustainable utilization of territorial resources.The results show that:(1)The index system includes natural resources,environmental resources and social economic resources,there are 25 indicators.All indexs can be divided into three types,they are respectively positive type,negative type and the interval suitable type.We take the variable weight theory to correct the weight of indexs,which use "incentive correction"or "punitive correction" to correct the indexs that exert a positive or negative effects in the whole evaluation system.Through the correction of variable weight,the weight of index will become larger and more prominent.When the monitoring value of evaluation index is higher than statistics confidence limit,it will adopt the incentive correction,otherwise,adopt the punitive one.If the weight of interval suitable index overflowed the believing upper limit or the lower limit of monitor statistical value,it will adopt the punitive correction.After the variable weight modify,such as per capita forest area?mariculture area?average annual salary of workers?per unit GDP?road density?population density?natural growth rate?GDP energy intensity has been incentive or punitive corrected.(2)Through the weighted average model,hilbert space model and generalized correlation model to build three niche fitnesss models,the calculation results commonly show:From 2004 to 2013,in this period of ten years,the resource sustainable utilization overally showed upward trend in ShenGuanHui,but there was a substantial decline in the period of 2008-2009,which is directly caused by the global financial crisis,the economic and social development has been a heavy blow;as a whole,Shenzhen takes the first place in resource sustainable utilization,then is Dongguan,while Huizhou is the last one.Generalized correlation model shows the most obvious change trend,which indicates that it shows the highest sensitivity to index changes.(3)Through the previous experience classification standards,this part respectively divides the niche fitness of the territorial resources sustainable utilization into ?,? and ?grade.Shenzhen is divided into Class ?,that the niche fitness values between 0.6279-0.9166,its niche fitness belongs to a very high level;Dongguan is divided into Class ?,that the niche fitness values between 0.5753-0.8665,its niche fitness belongs to a high level;Huizhou is divided into Class ?,that the niche fitness values between 0.5103-0.8252,its niche fitness belongs to a relatively high level.Therefore,the territorial resources sustainable utilization is above the relatively high level in ShenGuanHui,the overall resources development and utilization is toward positive direction.In the dimension of natural resources,Huizhou shows the biggest niche fitness level,it divided into Class ?,while Dongguan is Class ? and Shenzhen is Class ?;In the dimension of environmental resources,Shenzhen is divided into Class ?,Dongguan is Class ? and Huizhou is Class ?;In the dimension of social economic resources,Shenzhen and Dongguan are divided into Class ?,while Huizhou is Class ?.
