Energy is the basic foundation for human's development and social progress. The main energy resouces are oil, coal and many other fossil fuels. With the rapid advancement in recent centuries, the world's energy resouces are exhausted. Therefore, the research of the renewable energy resouces has been a key project in current society.Microalgea has the advantage of short culture cycle, great oil productivity, good oil quality, environmental friendly as well as less space and huge modified potential. However the research of microalgea oil production still remains in the primary stage. This paper respectively analyzes the metablic pathways in oil for Chlamydomonas reinhardtii with gene Cr-SP1,Cr-UBCc and Cr-zf-LSD1.Clone interference samples with those three genes to build RNAi carrier and then transfer in to Chlamydomonas reinhardtii in the method of glass bead cylinder. The result turns out that the expression quantity of subgoal genes have obviously decreased as well as the oil content.Through analyzing the transformation of targeted genes and the changes of oil content, the result turns out that expression quantity in gene Cr-SKP1,Cr-UBCc and gene Cr-zf-LSD1 has obviously increased,so as to the oil content.Through the microscope we can see the transformation of the three genes and the subcellular. The research preliminary proves the oil accumulative functions of the Chlamydomonas reinhardtii in gene Cr-SKP1,Cr-UBCc and Cr-zf-LSDI.It is helpful for us to further analyze the functions of three genes.
