The sEMG has become a reliable control source, owing to its increasingly at tention from researchers in a long term.Which accordingly, the population of the disabled, especially for those with physical disability, has occupied the most in t he ratio. The application of myoelectric prosthetic hand can be the very assistanc e of daily life, which embraces highly scientific and application value, attracting wide concern. This paper has proposed a complete simulation of the product inste ad of actual product, which requiring large costs,to reduce development cycle wi th guidence.Based on the study of human's physiological structure and reference to the relevant data of human's hand,we build the multi-DOF 3D model of the myoelectric prosthetic hand with the virtual modeling software Pro/E.Corrresponding kinematical equation of the myoelectric prosthetic hand m odel proposed,as well as simulation is proposed in the paper to verify the feasibil ity of the method with simulated model.Using the electromyographic signal sampling system to collect the sEMG of the forearm muscles. To process the collected sEMG by using MATLAB.The achievement of drive for myoelectric prosthetic hand is obtained by changin g the mode information of hand action into actual expected angle of correspondin g joints of prosthetic hand. The proposed control system of myoelectrical control prosthetic hand is est ablished with Simulink in MATLAB environment.Concrete action of hand is settl ed with threshold decision by extracting the statistical characteristics over time d omain analysis, with mode information of hand action as output, laying a solid f oundation for actual sample product.
