The Huogeqi copper polymetallic deposit,loeated at the exhalative sedimentary deposit belt of Langshan district,Inner Mongolia,is a typical strata-bound deposit.Based on detailed analysis and research on the strata,structure,magmatic rocks,geochemistry,geophysics and metallogenic model,conclusions are as follow:1?Orebodies occur in the second formation of Langshan Group,which means they are significantly controlled by strata.In general,the host rocks of copper,lead-zinc and iron ores are banded quartzite,carbonaceous slate and diopside-tremolite,respectively.2?The controlling factors of structure on deposit mainly express superimposed reformation to early formed orebodies.The spatial distributions of orebodies are also constrained by folds.Mineral matters are enriched in the favorable parts such as the bending of fold.The interlaminar fracture mainly develops in carbon-bearing quartz mylonite,forming net vein structure.The non-interlayer fractures damage orebodies,making the ore body displacement.3?High magnetic anomaly areas are maiuly distributed in the ore deposit No.1,deposit No.2 and deposit No.3.The combining part between ore deposit No.l and ore deposit No.3 also has high magnetic anomaly.Diopside tremolite,carbonaceous slate,two-mica quartz schist and quartzite show high magnetic anomaly.However,magnetic anomaly in the area of granite and diorite is low.In the deposit No.2 and No.3,the magnetic anomaly is higher than 1000nT in general.However,the magnetic anomaly is 400?1000nT in the deposit No.l.4?The area between ore deposit No.1 and ore deposit No.3 has low(<150?·m)resistivity and high polarization(15 to 30%).In the deposit No.l,there occur middle polarization(9-12%)and low resistivity(<150?·m).However,the areas of granite and diorite show high resistivity.A large number of carbonaceous slates outcrop in the ore fields,which imposes an impact on the result of electrical method.Therefore,the favorable prospecting area is where both magnetic and electrical anomaly occurs.5?On the basis of summary of prospecting index in Huogeqi deposit No.1,the geological-geophysical prospecting model is established.6?In the drill of Zk27-2,on the binding site of deposit No.l and No.3 with high magnetic anomalies,10m thick iron?lead-zinc bodies which suggest a significant result.
