With the development of seismic exploration,the exploration difficulty has increased to a big extent,and the exploration targets has changed from structural hydrocarbon reservoir in the past into structural lithologic or lithologic reservoir.The research area is located on Dainan Formation lithologic reservoir,which is highly heterogeneous,sandstone bodies are spread in a small area with a rapid horizontal variation,isolation from one to another and overlapped vertically,thus it is diffcult to predict the reservoirs.As multi-attribute analysis becomes an important method to predict sandstones,the amount of seismic attributes parameters is on the increase,and how to select sensitive attributes parameters subset by attribute optimization becomes the main research content of Seismic reservoir prediction.Mainly through the methods of attribute optimization,in combination with the actual attributes data extracted from seismic information and with the help of various attribute optimizations,this paper obtained the best attributes subset and compared the features and application conditions of various optimization methods.The main work have been done in this paper:(1)Seismic attributes are more profoundly understood through studying definition,classification,extraction methods and influence factors of seismic attributes.(2)For attribute optimization,Principle Component Analysis(PCA)and Clustering intersection Analysis are applied to optimize seismic attributes.(3)Seismic attribute is applied to the reservoir prediction in the Lian Dong area.Amplitude,frequency,and phase attributes are extracted from the seismicdata.After that,based on the principle of seismic optimization and analysis,the E2d24,E2d25 and E2d12 reservoir in Dainan Formation are predicted.(4)By tracing small oil sand body's top horizon and bottom horizon from theacoustic impendence data of sparse pulse inversion,the boundary of small oilsand body is clearly described.Combined with the prediction of Dainan Formation reservoir,frequency spectral decomposition,impedance attribute,Waveform classification and PC A attribute are finally selected as the optimality attribute subset from the result of Experts optimization,Principle Component Analysis(PCA)and Clustering intersection Analysis in this paper.Combined with the analysis of actual strata and well log information,four sandstone thickness graphs,five sandstone horizontal distribution maps are completed.And the plane extension scope of oil sands group intercepted in well lianx38 and yong38 is draw.
