The Research Of Loss Distribution And Space Distribution Of The Wind-hail Disaster In Yunnan Province

Meteorological disaster belongs to natural disaster,various of types and brings about serious affection,which mainly includes directly by the atmosphere and secondary disasters.Yunnan province locates in the southwest,the elevation altitude disparity and the landform intricacy,often affected by the tropical monsoon and plateau mountain climate,while complex environment and regional distribution characteristics often lead to meteorological disasters.Affected by meteorological disasters,the economy is not developed,but also many other reasons,the economic development in Yunnan province is very slow.Facing the meteorological disaster brings about huge damage,we should do something to reduce damage and rapidly rebuild disaster areas.But we can’t solve them only relying on government subsidies and social assistance,we must take full use of the financial risk management methods,which can effectively reduce the financial burden on the government and improve the service efficiency of funds,provides more funding sources and safeguard for post-disaster reconstruction.In this thesis,we mainly analyze the wind-hail disaster in Yunnan province.First,it introduces global and domestic meteorological disasters,then mainly introduces meteorological disasters in Yunnan province and existing countermeasures.Second,it uses the theory of extreme value to explore the distribution that the wind-hail disaster brings about economic losses in Yunnan province.Then,it uses spatial point pattern analyzing method about the strength of point pattern analyze and the nearest distance analyze with R,that identifies and analyzes the spatial distribution characteristics.Finally,aiming at the problem in the work of coping with wind-hail disasters in Yunnan province and combining with the research results,we respectively put forward strategies from the angle of the finance risk management and the defense.
