| China is actively promoting the development of the blue economy."Building a maritime power" has been raised to the national strategic level.Guangxi,as the only coastal province in the western region,is also an international corridor for ASEAN,and it is imperative to develop the Marine industry.The development of marine resources needs to be carried out on the basis of terrestrial regions.The development of the marine industry cannot be separated from the support of land industries,and the development of the land industry needs the radiation and drive of the Marine industry.The development model of divide and conquer of land and sea industry will restrict the economic development of coastal areas.The marine-land industry linkage development is a new direction for the development of Marine economy.It is also a realistic problem that needs to be realized and solved in Guangxi Marine industry.This paper takes Guangxi Marine industry and land domain industry as the research object,To explore the linkage development relationship between the marine industry and the land industry.First of all,it reviewed and sorted out relevant literatures at home and abroad,and then analyzed the related concepts,linkage motivation and linkage mechanism of the linkage development of land and marine industries.Secondly,based on the analysis of the overall development of the marine industry and land industries in Guangxi,a systematic coupling model is used to quantitatively evaluate the comprehensive development level of Guangxi's marine industry and land industry.The degree of coupling and coordination between sea and land industries is also measured to reflect linkage development level of Guangxi's land and marine industries.Thirdly,by constructing the input and output table of the marine industry in Guangxi,and using the input-output analysis method to empirically study the industrial linkages of the land and marine industries in Guangxi,the quantitative analysis of the input-output structure of the marine industry,the correlation effect and the ripple effect between the marine industry and the land-based industry,Combining with the results of the analysis,we build a marine-land cross-industry industry chain with marine industry as its core.In order to improve the overall strength of the marine industry and realize the linkage development of the marine and land industries,it provides an operational optimization path.The following conclusions are drawn from the research:(1)The development of Marine industry in Guangxi is not balanced,and the development of Marine industry lags behind the land industry.Marine industry system coupling and coupling coordination degree is low,industrial linkage effects between the land and marine industry system is preliminary,but both interactive relationship imbalance,without an effective complementary and drive mechanism.(2)The relationship between marine and land industries in Guangpxi is relatively strong,but there are obvious sectoral differences between the major marine industries based on the nature of their own industries and the location of their industrial chains.(3)In general,the development of various marine industries in Guangxi depends on the corresponding manufacturing sectors and energy industry sectors in the land-based secondary industry and the financial sector in the land third industry.The scientific research and technical services have weaker support for the marine industry.(4)The impact of the marine industry in Guangxi is middle,the sensitivity is weak,the marine and land industry chain is short,and the convergence degree is weak.It needs to be further optimized.Finally,some countermeasures and safeguard measures are put forward,such as how to solve some of the factors impeding the linkage between marine and land industries and how to promote the marine-land industry linkage development. |
