With the continuous development of terahertz imaging technology,hybrid THz wave imaging technology have been able to meet the demand of the general imaging,at the same time,it can obtain the refractive index,absorption coefficient,reflection coefficient,phase and sample thickness and other information of the samples.THz wave,carrying the sample information,is get by the receivers,then it is sent to the computer for processing and use of these data directly to get the original image.But because of various noise,the original image produces distortion and resolution get poor.Therefore,the algorithm procedure of MATLAB can be used to process imaging signals to enhance image enhancement and improve image quality.In this paper,the scanning imaging is carried out based on the transmission terahertz time-domain spectroscopy,and the original fuzzy image is processed by MATLAB software to improve the resolution.First of all,to achieve this goal this paper has used 3D printing to make a standard simulation samples,then extract the terahertz spectrum signal peak value after scanning sample(including the peak of time domain and frequency domain),respectively,using the time domain and frequency domain or peak-peak values to restore image.On this basis,this article selects the neighborhood average interpolation method,the gradient threshold,high-pass filter,Butterworth low-pass filter and improved Lucy Richardson recovery of frequency domain interpolation method to do targeted processing in the imaging,and then choose to have enhancement effect approach to enhance the processing and analysis.Image enhancement is the enhancement of the information you want to see in the image,weakening the unnecessary parts,This paper mainly uses MATLAB software to deal with the fuzzy image of terahertz spectrum,so as to achieve the purpose of clear vision in life.At the same time,this paper will evaluate the enhancement effect to judge whether the algorithm is effective for image processing.
