With the development of modern society,science and technology have achieved rapid success,and how to use existing scientific and technological means to improve people's quality of life has become an increasingly concerned focus.Insomnia,mental illness and mental fatigue have become major threats to human health.Electroencephalogram(EEG)can directly reflect the state of neural activity in the brain and is widely used in the monitoring,detection and treatment of mental illness,mental fatigue and insomnia.EEG signals have a strong rhythm,and different EEG rhythms represent different physiological and mental activity states of the brain.Because of the"rhythm synchronization" effect of EEG rhythm,how to adjust the EEG rhythm to change the physiological and even mental state of the organism is an important issue related to human health.Infrasound,as a physical factor that coincides with the frequency of brain electrical activity,can have a profound effect on the brain electricity of the organism as well as other physical factors.Exploring the influence and change rules of infrasound on the brain electricity of organisms is of great significance for the active application of infrasound,and it is of great value for reducing the harm of infrasound to biological and infrasound protection.For a long time,research on infrasound mainly believed that long-term,high-intensity infrasound exposure would lead to various adverse reactions of the human body and even harm the human body.The dialectical thinking of philosophy believes that things have two sides:Infrasound is no exception,and appropriate infrasound stimulation will also have a positive impact on living creatures.The research content of this article mainly includes the following aspects:Based on the current research data of infrasound,it is analyzed and compared that the principles and methods of existing infrasound exposure experiments to find the reasons and differences that infrasound causes harmful or beneficial effects for the creature.According to the experimental requirements of infrasonic exposure to the cerebral cortex,it is designed and constructed that a platform for the cerebral cortex of creature(New Zealand rabbit)locally exposed to infrasound.The comparative experiments ware conducted to analyze the characteristics of EEG under different infrasound frequencies:the single frequency 6Hz,10Hz,16Hz under sound pressure level(SPL)of 130dB,and different SPLs:100dB,130dB of 10Hz infrasound.Also the comparative experiments were carried out to explore the differences of EEG under different SPLs:100dB and 130dB of complex frequencies(8-13Hz)and the difference of the characteristics of EEG of single and complex frequency infrasound under the same SPLs.By using the fast Fourier transform,the power spectrum of the rhythm wave of EEG signal is extracted,and the power spectrum changes of the different rhythm EEG before and after stimulation are analyzed,the regularity of the relative power of each rhythm of EEG is studied during the experiment,and the linear characteristic analysis of the EEG wave under the infrasound stimulation is realized.By using the one-way analysis of variance(ANOVA)in statistics,the effect of infrasound waves acting locally on the cerebral cortex of creature was studied.Based on the "rhythm synchronization" effect of the EEG signal that is stimulated by external stimulation,the exploration experiment of the effect and mechanism of the cerebral cortex of creature exposed to infrasound,the quantitative analysis of the relative average power of the EEG rhythm,the basis of statistical analysis(T-test,one-way analysis of variance(ANOVA))was performed to judge the significance of different electrodes,samples,SPLs,frequencies,and gender.The results show that,compared with the 100dB infrasound,the 130dB infrasound can significantly evoke the changes of EEG rhythms,and compared with complex frequencies,the single frequency can significantly adjust the main rhythm of the brain of creature.The single and complex frequency infrasound can evoke the synchronization effect of the brain electricity and change the physiological activity of creature under the SPL=130dB.There is a huge difference in the rhythm of EEG during infrasound exposure between different samples and the reason of that needs further analysis.Gender has no significant effect on the experimental results.There is no significant difference in data between different electrodes.
