| Hunan Province as a large tourism province,there are abundant tourism resources including large number of hometowns of historic celebrities and A-level scenic spots.Duaring the period of the Twelfth Five Years Plan,Hunan tourism achieved great succes,both tourist arrivals and tourism income reached a new level.Howeever,it is being faced with many challenges,such as inadequate public infrastructure,defective public service system and so on.In order to foster good conditions for Hunan tourism,it is proposed in the Thirteenth Five-year Development Plan,to improve the tourism transport infrastructure and strengthen tourism service function.These measures will strengthen the space and time accessibility of different regions and scenic spots of the province.Thus,research on the correlations between transportation and tourism is a subject to be carried out urgently.On basis of changes of traffic space network and scenic spots spatial pattern in Hunan Province in the 13th five-year,potential tourism resource distribution can be explored,then a new time sequence of the tourism resource development will be formed,and suggestions will be provided accordingly.Using the research methods of social network analysis and GIS relevant technologies,this paper analyses tourism resource exploitation potential in Hunan Province at the end of the 13th five-year,based on Hunan tourist related data,the Statistical Yearbook of each year related and traffic space network data.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)Analysis of Correlations between Transportation and Tourism in Hunan ProvinceThis article selects nine indexes including traffic mileage and traffic volume of road and rail,private car capacity,tourist number,tourism income and so on.Then the correlations of all these indexes are analyzed by GIS.Analysis results show that the correlation indexes exceed 0.9.Thus tourism is highly positively correlated with traffic indexes.(2)Evaluation of Tourism Resources Development Potential at the End of the Twelfth Five Years PlanThe coupling relations between various elements and natural or cultural tourism spots from many aspects,such as road network density,tourist number and so on.Then,after confirming weights of elements with entropy method,the paper separately estimates tourism resources potentiality of each area using weight sum model and ArcGIS layers weighting stack tools.Analysis results show that natural tourism resources potentiality mainly distributes around areas with an abundance of natural,including the northwest and west regions and part of Hunan.While,Dongting lake district,Chang-Zhu-Tan region and part of middle regions of this province has great natural and cultural tourism resources potentiality.(3)Analysis of Changes of Traffic Space Network in Hunan Province during the 13th Five-yearMethod of social network analysis is used in this article to compare traffic network spatial structure of different periods in Hunan Province.The analysis results show that,with the implementation of the 13th Five-year traffic plan,traffic network tends to perfect gradually and tourism city nodes link each other more closely.Chang-Zhu-Tan Urban Agglomerations will play an more important role in radiating and leading surrounding cities.The Great West Hunan tourist area will have higher status in Hunan traffic space network,in spite of the comparatively inconvenience of traffic transport.(4)Impact of the Changes of Traffic Space Network on Tourism Resource Development in Hunan ProvinceIn the research range of potential zone with level 3 or above for tourism resource development,this paper analyses impact of changes of traffic space network on tourism resource development.Then the tourism resources total potentiality at the end of 12th Five-year come out by stacking natural potentiality and cultural potentiality.At last special tourist lines are designed by setting the traffic trunk lines as the axis planned in the 13th Five-year plan. |
