Geological disaster itself is a kind of natural phenomenon,but its result is a kind of social and economic phenomenon.It will not only pose a threat to human life security,but also be destructive to property,environment and resources.In recent years,Baishan city in Jilin province has been affected by climate and human activities,and the frequent geological disasters have severely restricted social and economic development.Baishan city government and land and resources management departments have been looking for new ways to prevent and reduce disaster.With the development of IT,the scope and function of traditional geological disaster information management are changing and extending quietly.It is very important to establish the information management system of geological hazard and to reduce the disaster and disaster prevention.Most of the existing geological disaster information management systems are mainly based on C/S mode,and these systems are relatively deficient in the data analysis function of the disaster areas.The B/S mode enables users to access the system through the network and effectively improve work efficiency.Based on the above analysis,this paper uses ArcGIS Server,ArcSDE for Oracle,ASP.NET MVC,DevExpress components and ESRI's Web Appbuilder technology,design and develop the information management system of geological disaster in advance,and the prototype was established.The system has the main functions such as document preview,data management,disaster factor statistics,image mutual check,layer control and file upload and download.Use Oracle to store and manage the attribute data,and use ArcGIS Server to publish the map service.System USES the MVC mode in object-oriented development,combined with the third party components Dev Express,according to user requirements,in B/S mode to achieve the original professional interface C/S mode,further enrich the expression ability of the system.The graphical interface development of the system uses the Web Appbuilder technology,which improves the development efficiency and enriches the system function.Through the research of this paper,the development platform and system structure of the system are determined,the key technologies of system development are studied,and the preparation for the formal construction of the system is provided.The innovation and main achievements of this paper are as follows:1.Based on the multi-field view,the description language is set up by the table-driven method,and the representation of each field is described.Using DevExpress' s row template technology and layout components parsing description,the expressive user interface is formed.2.The page synchronization between multiple views of long field is realized,which provides professional tools for browsing and analyzing data of users.3.Published various business layers related to the geological disaster,and combined the graph data with the attribute data to realize mutual query.
