With the rapid development of social economy, in the city to accelerate construction of today, human activities and human engineering scale and intensity gradually increased, leading to intensified conflicts between humans and nature, a significant increase in the frequency of geological disasters. How to use the new technology of digital, network, integration of a variety of information resources, improve the comprehensive management of geological hazard data resource application, this is a more urgent task. But how to utilize information technology to the digital management of geological hazard information will be a primary problem.In recent years, the geographic information system (GIS) with its powerful spatial data management and spatial analysis function has caused widespread concern in the study of geological hazards. This paper uses GIS independent development model combined with Android mobile intelligent development prevails at the present time, takes Shenzhen city as the research object, and has carried on the design and development of geological hazard monitoring information system. Such as dangerous slope catalog, query, analysis, inspection monitoring and data dynamic updating. It makes up for the deficiencies of the geological hazard information management in the traditional subjectivity, workload is big, from a certain extent, the management and analysis of geological disaster monitoring information more intuitive. This paper mainly research and implementation are as follows:(1) Research on the technology of GDI+graphics, image preview,positioning, realize the operation of geological hazard informationmanagement module;(2) In order to satisfy the image loading, system efficient display, the image data for the system of processing method;(3) The SQL database structure and construction design of storage image, spatial information data;(4) The realization of digital storage management, monitoring information of geological hazard dynamic monitoring inspection mode, through the analysis of information of geological hazards, realizing efficient, high-speed spatial information, geological disaster attribute information, retrieval, positioning, navigation, a new dynamic information, statistical analysis, import and export of GIS functions.;(5) The Android mobile monitoring inspection technology, which is commonly used in pattern--"cloud+terminal" way now, pictures, information transmission, storage and dynamic update;(6) By means of Pano2vr realistic panoramic image stitching, perfect and geological disaster information with the display environment geological disaster and the surrounding, more can help managers to analysis and implementation of the situation;...
